Because our products are digital (templates that can be downloaded immediately after payment), our refund policy is limited and designed to protect both the customer and the seller.
1. Digital Products
Once payment is completed and the download link has been delivered, we generally cannot offer a full refund because the product is already in your possession and can be copied and reused.
2. Cases Where a Refund May Be Considered
We may review refund requests in cases such as:
- The file does not work at all, even after trying on more than one device.
- The delivered product is completely different from the description on the template page.
In such cases, you can contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase. We will review your request and may offer:
- A corrected or updated version of the template.
- A partial or full refund, depending on the case.
3. How to Request a Refund Review

- Your order number or the email used for the purchase.
- The template name.
- A brief explanation of the issue.
